Below are some details explaining sponsorship opportunities with the Western Michigan Chapter of HFMA. Our chapter is a 300+ member-strong organization dedicated to educating and furthering the careers of its members, through programs such as our annual Spring Conference, four educational sessions throughout the year, and various workshops each year sponsored jointly with other Michigan HFMA chapters. Below we have several sponsorship levels for your review, as well as various advertising opportunities.
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS - WESTERN MICHIGAN HFMA CHAPTER
Bronze Level ~ $500
• At this level, the sponsor will be recognized at all chapter events.
Silver Level ~ $1,000
• At this level, the sponsor will be recognized at all chapter events.
• The sponsor will have an advertisement in all HFMA chapter newsletters throughout the chapter year (4-5 newsletters).
Gold Level ~ $1,500
• At this level, the sponsor will be recognized at all chapter events.
• The sponsor will have an advertisement in each of the chapter newsletters throughout the chapter year (4-5 newsletters).
• At this level, the sponsor will receive a full-page ad in the HFMA chapter membership directory.
Diamond Level ~ $2,500
• At this level, the sponsor will receive all the benefits of a Gold sponsor plus an ad and link on our chapter website, www.wmihfma.org.

Full Page Directory Ad - $500
Newsletter Ad (4-5 ads throughout chapter year) - $500
Exhibiting and Sponsorship Opportunities are also available at our Spring Conference at Soaring Eagle Casino. The conference will be May 22nd - 24th, 2013
